Appointment & Cancellation
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BD) and include applicable taxes.
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Packages are non-refundable but may be transferred with management approval.
Health & Safety
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment.
Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy. Please consult with your doctor and inform us prior to booking.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may pose a health risk to the client or therapist.
Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for appointment scheduling and service improvement.
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions within a package may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.
Full service fees will still apply.
